Solution

Reset the Palm, and when it resets, you’ll see the time
screen. Use the “mouse” on the Palm to
navigate, not the stylus.



  • Click the center “mouse” button on the
    Palm.
  • Navigate using the “mouse” button to where
    it says “Touchscreen” and click the center “mouse” button.
  • Now, take out your stylus and align the
    screen.






 



Your screen should work fine after this.
