 TapSmart Not Working
Solution If your TapSmart program is not working, follow these steps:
  • Make sure that the username on your Palm is in the Palm Desktop program (these must match prior to using TapSmart)
  • On your Palm, make sure that the program "HandShare" is on your ALL screen.  If not, sync your Palm to have it added.
  • On your desktop, open up the TapSmart program.  Once opened, attach the Palm to the computer via a sync cable.  Open the "HandShare" program on the Palm.  Once opened, click "Activate."  This will show on your desktop.
